We are currently offering free shipping for any qualifying orders above SGD80. This will only apply to a single receipt/order.


Self-collection are only available locally in Singapore. We will email you once your order is ready for collection. Please collect your parcel within 1 week. Any uncollected parcels will be returned back to warehouse and our customer service team will contact you for an alternative shipping method.

Do you ship internationally ?

Currently, we only ship to selected countries. Please bear in mind that, products shipped out of Singapore may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

Please select your country via the country selector at the top of our site. If you are unable to find your country from the available list, it means that we are unable to ship to your location at the moment. New countries will be added progressively, check back again!


If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) or do a size exchange.

(*size exchange is limited to 1 time for the same item. The exchange must be of the same item.)

*Qualifying conditions:

  1. Unwashed,
  2. Tags & orginal packaging intact,
  3. Unaltered,
  4. Undamaged

(*we reserved the right to refuse your size exchange or return if your item do not meet the above conditions)

Please note that the customer shall bear the shipping costs of the return consignment and all items have to be mailed back within 14 days from the date of purchase/receipt.

What is the procedure for Exchange / Return?

1. Return

Fill in the details for your return on the Return Form (enclosed with your invoice) and follow the instruction for the return accordingly.

If you do not have one or lost one, you can download it HERE. Kindly fill up all the following informations in the form and mail it back together with the return items to the address stated on the form. Upon sending back the item(s) for exchange purposes, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to our exchange policy, and terms and conditions.

Kindly note that merchandise refund will be in the form of credit voucher with 30-days validity (from the day you receive the credit voucher), non-extendable. The credit voucher can be used for any item in our online store.

The process will take about 10 working days from the day you mail out the parcel. Upon receiving and checking the item(s) received are in good conditions, your credit voucher will be sent to you via a system generated email.

*Please note that there will be no cash refunds for Returns.

2. Exchange

Email us at [email protected] or via Contact us page within 14 days of purchase, with a subject header “Exchange Request – ” and providing the following information:

(i) Order ID

(ii) Return – Item Name, Reference number, Size & Colour

(iii) Exchange to – Item Name, Reference number, Size & Colour

Upon receiving your email, our Customer Service will check the stock availability and reply accordingly within 2 to 3 working days.

Additional non-returnable items:

Gift cards
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
