Unfortunately no, we currently do not accept bank transfer or ATM cash transfer. However, this is subject to change if there are enough demand for it.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
We do not retain any of your credit card information, if you are using paypal option, you will be redirected to PAYPAL secured site for payment.
How do i know the payment is processed or confirmed?
Once you have placed your order : (Paypal)
- You will be redirected to credit card gateway or Paypal secured website. (You may be prompted for 2-factor authentication.)
- After successful payment, you will be directed back to ‘Order Confirmation Page’
- You will received an email ‘Order Confirmation‘ from [email protected]
- It will contain your Official Invoice Number, delivery, billing and purchase details.
- Please check and verify your delivery address and the details.
- If you do not receive this email shortly after your successful payment, contact us immediately at [email protected]
How do I make an order?
- Select the item / items you wish to purchase, pick your color and size.
- Click ” Add to Cart “
- Agree to “Terms of service” and Click ” Check Out “
- In the Check Out section, register for a new account or login your current account (We currently accept guest checkout as well if you do not want to create an account)
- Type in a discount code if you have one
- Click on “Continue to Shipping Method” to enter your address.
- Select shipping option
- Click “Continue to Payment Method” to payment page.
- If your payment is successful, you will immediately received a email with your Invoice and purchase details.
- Receive updates on shipping notice.
- Enjoy your purchase!
Can I remove items from my order?
Yes, you can ! Just delete any unwanted items from your cart before you proceed to payment.
How can i check the status of my orders?
After your payment is processed, the designated freight company will dispatch your order within 24hrs to 48hrs. Orders will be sent either by courier or SingPost AM Mail. Customers are also advised to check their letterbox for the parcel.

How long are orders kept in my shopping bag?
Items maybe taken out of your shopping bag by another buyer as long as the order are not processed / completed. We only offer limited quantities for all our collections and strive to offer more premium quality apparels.
What happens when a certain style is “Sold Out” ?
Some style will be replenished or available for back order if demand is high.
We apologise for the limited quantities. But, check back it might be available again! *Finger crossed*

Why my credit card might be refused / or payment cannot be processed ?
Your credit card may be refused OR payment is not processed for any of the following reasons:
- The card may have expired. Check that your card is still valid.
- You may have reached your credit limit. Contact your bank to check that you have not exceeded the authorized purchase limit.
- You may have entered some information incorrectly. Check that you have filled in all the required fields correctly.
- You should call your bank for further clarification if the above do not solve this problem
How to use gift card codes ?
Key in your gift card codes in your shopping cart BEFORE payment and your total amount will reflect accordingly.
Please note only one gift card offer can be used per order.
Are the colors portrayed on the computer similar to the product?
We do our best to ensure that the colors portrayed on our website are accurate. Our dedicated team of photographers and designers adhere to a stringent procedure whereby each product is physically compared to the computer monitor for best match of color. As such, kindly understand that actual colors may vary due to monitor, display or resolution settings, as well as the type of screen used to view the website.
